KB Home announced the opening of Williams Ranch Preserve, a new neighborhood located in Richmond. With convenience to Highway 59 and Grand Parkway, Williams Ranch Preserve offers an easy commute to several major business centers and large regional employers. Planned on-site amenities at Williams Ranch Preserve include a community park, playground, and swimming pool. Residents at Williams Ranch Preserve will be able to enjoy several popular retail and dining establishments at the nearby Brazos Town Center, First Colony Mall, and Sugar Land Town Square. Greatwood Golf Club is only a short drive away.
The KB Home Sales Center for Williams Ranch Preserve is located at the intersection of Williams Way Boulevard and Highway 59 Feeder Road. To visit the community, exit on Williams Way Boulevard from Highway 59 South and continue for a half-mile on the access/frontage road. I love that KB is one of the few builders that still has a design studio and allows buyers to truly customize so much of their home. I really had a great home buying experience from working with a great sales rep., to an awesome designer, to a great team over at KBHS.
